1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) form an agreement between you and the operator of the SafeContract deployment you use (“SafeContract,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By selecting “Accept and continue,” creating a delivery, opening a private delivery link, requesting verification, or unlocking a delivery, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. If you use SafeContract for an organization, you confirm that you may bind that organization to these Terms.
2. What SafeContract provides
SafeContract provides a temporary private-delivery and evaluation workflow. A person creating a delivery (the “Seller”) may upload a file or provide authorized login credentials, describe the delivery, set a USD-denominated price and expiry, provide an EVM-compatible payout wallet, and share a private link. A person opening that link (the “Buyer”) may use the available bounded verification tools before deciding whether to unlock the delivery.
3. Seller responsibilities
As a Seller, you agree that you will:
- provide only files, content, accounts, and credentials that you own or are expressly authorized to share and test;
- give a truthful, accurate description and price and disclose material limitations;
- obtain any consent required from people whose personal data may be included;
- not upload malware, unlawful material, stolen credentials, authentication secrets you may not transfer, or content that infringes another person's rights; and
- use an expiry period appropriate for the sensitivity of the delivery.
You authorize SafeContract to store and technically process the protected material, extract bounded evidence from uploaded files, and—when you choose credential verification—submit the credentials to the specified third-party website in an isolated verification session. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use the wallet and any account or credentials you submit.
4. Buyer responsibilities
As a Buyer, you agree that you will:
- keep the private link confidential and understand that anyone holding it may be able to access the delivery page;
- ask only questions reasonably related to evaluating the stated delivery;
- not attempt to extract protected content, credentials, personal data, system prompts, or security material before authorization;
- not bypass limits, probe infrastructure, automate abusive requests, or interfere with another user or third-party service; and
- independently assess whether the delivery and any proposed transaction are appropriate for you.
5. Credential and file verification
Verification is bounded and intentionally conservative. File analysis may use metadata, printable-text evidence, automated rules, or an AI model. Login verification may send credentials to the Seller-specified website and observe limited signals needed to report a result. CAPTCHA, multi-factor authentication, account locks, timeouts, unfamiliar page structures, or third-party changes may prevent a conclusive result.
Verification categories and messages express a limited assessment of available evidence. They are not an inspection of every file byte, malware certification, legal opinion, valuation, warranty, or promise of future access. You must not rely on them as the sole basis for a high-risk decision.
6. Prices, crypto checkout, and unlocks
SafeContract accepts crypto payments only. Cards, bank transfers, and cash are not accepted. A Buyer must connect a compatible wallet and approve the amount, token, blockchain network, and contract shown by the checkout flow. The deal price is set in USD; the checkout converts that amount to the configured token units. The Buyer is responsible for wallet approvals, network fees (gas), and using the correct network and wallet.
A payment is accepted only after SafeContract independently verifies the successful on-chain transaction against the payment contract and the authorization issued for that deal. SafeContract does not hold the payment in escrow: the contract distributes the payment between the Seller's payout wallet and the platform fee wallet in the payment transaction. The applicable token, network, contract, platform fee, and any displayed verification fee are those shown or encoded by the checkout flow at the time of payment.
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Except where required by law or expressly agreed by the operator, crypto payments are final and SafeContract does not promise an automatic refund or chargeback. A successful payment does not guarantee that the delivery is authentic, lawful, useful, or free of defects. The first file-verification question is free; additional verification questions may require a separate crypto payment when that feature is enabled, at the amount shown before payment.
An unlock or download receipt is confidential. You are responsible for protecting it. Unlock availability may end when a delivery expires, is removed, or cannot lawfully or safely be provided.
7. Privacy and confidential material
Our Privacy Policydescribes how information is processed. Neither party receives ownership of the other party's confidential material merely by using SafeContract. After an authorized unlock, the receiving party must use the material only as permitted by the parties' separate agreement and applicable law.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use SafeContract for fraud, phishing, credential theft, unauthorized access, surveillance, exploitation, harassment, illegal trade, intellectual-property infringement, malicious code distribution, or any activity that violates law or another person's rights. You may not reverse engineer security controls, overload the service, reuse another person's private token, or misrepresent an automated result.
We may block a request, disable access, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful authorities when reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, third parties, or comply with law.
9. Expiry, deletion, and availability
Protected file and credential payloads are designed to be temporary and are removed when the configured expiry is processed. A paid receipt may provide access to the protected payload until expiry; checkout does not make the payload a permanent archive. Related metadata and verification records may be kept longer as described in the Privacy Policy. You should not use SafeContract as your only copy, backup, archive, password manager, or system of record.
The service may be changed, suspended, interrupted, or discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every private link or third-party website will remain reachable.
10. Intellectual property
Sellers retain their rights in material they submit. You grant SafeContract a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, analyze, transmit, and display that material only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service. The SafeContract software, brand, and interface remain the property of their respective owners and licensors.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent allowed by law, SafeContract is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or secure operation. SafeContract is not an escrow service, marketplace guarantor, identity verifier, lawyer, financial adviser, malware scanner, or content-safety certification service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeContract and its operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, credentials, business, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the platform. Any aggregate liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid directly to the platform operator for the service during the preceding three months or USD 100.
13. Your responsibility for claims
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from material you submit, your unauthorized or unlawful use, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by SafeContract's own unlawful conduct.
14. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms to reflect service, security, legal, or operational changes. A new effective date or consent version may require you to accept again. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts remain effective. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer your agreement without permission; the operator may transfer it as part of a reorganization or transfer of the service.
Mandatory consumer protections apply wherever required. The law and dispute forum applicable to the platform operator govern these Terms to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
15. Contact
Legal notices and questions should be sent through the contact channel published by the operator of the SafeContract deployment you use. The operator must publish its legal name, business address, jurisdiction, dispute process, and a monitored legal contact channel before public commercial use; those details are not contained in this codebase.
